Our Policies
Booking & Deposits

All services require a $20 non‑refundable deposit, applied to your service total.

24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Same‑day cancellations cannot be rescheduled and your deposit will be forfeited.
Arrival & Timing

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service or nail design may be adjusted to keep other clients on time.
Guests & Privacy

Please do not bring friends, family, or children to your appointment.

This is a private residence; please do not share the address with anyone else.
During Your Appointment

Please communicate any issues during the appointment, especially before a nail is fully cured.

A gel removal fee may apply for last‑minute colour changes.
Gel X Fills

Gel X fills can only be done every 3 weeks; after that, a full removal is recommended to protect your natural nails.

As per manufacturer guidelines, fills can be done up to 2 times with proper maintenance.

If your nails grow slowly, we can assess together at your appointment.
Nail Art Pricing

Nail art is billed by the hour for maximum flexibility and creativity, not per item, nail length, or product used.
